We're a totally free site that lets you give away your unneeded household and garden stuff. If you've used Freebay or Freecycle before then you know what its about except it's handled on our website not by email. Not sure? Look here.
Things which are popular are old furniture, computer equipment, household stuff, even wood. It doesn't have to be in fully working condition but you must indicate what state it is in.
How to use the system
- Sign Up. It takes just a minute.
- If you've something to give away, add it to the site. Note you cannot charge. All stuff given away must be free and the buyer collects
- Optional Register for alerts- if something you want is offered near you, you'll get an email or you can login to the site and see it.
- If you see something you want, click the "I want" link. This will let you send an email to the person giving it away.
- If you're the person who the owner decides to give to, then you must collect it. Non collectors earn black marks!
